The F.lli Saclà SpA is an international Italian food manufacturers . The in Asti family resident produces Italian Canned specialties such as antipasti , olives and capers , Pesti , pasta sauces , bruschetta -Aufstriche and tapenade .

The company was founded in 1923 by Piera and Secondo Ercole under the name SALPA, Stabilimento Astese Lavorazione Prodotti Alimentari in Asti and renamed SACLA in 1939, as the abbreviation for Società Anonima Commercio e Lavorazione Alimentari . In the 1960s, the accent was added to the last "a". Initially specializing in the canning of vegetables from Piedmont , Saclà gradually expanded its product range to include specialties from Italian cuisine , especially in oil and vinegar.

Saclà employs around 250 people and achieved a turnover of 140 million euros in 2006.
