The Sagerecksteig is a climb in the Berchtesgaden Alps .

The Sagerecksteig begins at the Saletalm ( 610  m above sea level ) located between the Königssee and the Obersee and leads over the dilapidated Sagereckalm up to the 1,474  m above sea level. NHN high-altitude Grünsee and further over the Himmelsleiter to the Kärlingerhaus ( 1638  m above sea level ) on the Funtensee . Along with the Kaunersteig , it is the most frequently used path to climb out of the Obersee basin. The steep and rocky path is partially secured with wire ropes.
