Sahtu region
Municipalities of the Sahtu Region in the Northwest Territories |
The Sahtu Region is one of five administrative regions in the Northwest Territories , Canada . The region consists of five municipalities. The regional office is located in Norman Wells . Apart from Norman Wells, all parishes are mostly First Nations populated.
Districts
The Sahtu region is divided into three districts:
- Deline (northeast)
- Tulita (south)
- K'ahsho Got'ine (Northwest)

a A charter community is a special type of community in the territory. In addition to Deline and Fort Good Hope, Tsiigehtchic also has the status of a charter community .
