Sahunivka ( Ukrainian Сагунівка ; Russian Сагуновка Sagunowka ) is a village in the central Ukrainian Cherkassy Oblast with about 3,300 inhabitants (2001).
The village, first mentioned as Łomowate in the first half of the 17th century, is the only village in the district council of the same name in the southeast of Cherkassy Raion .
Sahuniwka located on the south bank of the kremenchuk reservoir dammed Dnepr . After 30 km in a north-westerly direction, the regional road P – 10 , which runs south of Sahunivka, leads to the oblast capital of Cherkassy .
