The Saiko ( Japanese 西湖 , German: "West Lake") is one of the five Fuji lakes in the Yamanashi prefecture in Japan .

It is connected to Shōji Lake and Motosu Lake by underground watercourses, so that the level of all three lakes is at the same height of 901 m.

The Saiko has an area of ​​2.10 km² with a maximum depth of 71.7 m and an average depth of 8.2 m.
