Saint Andrew is an administrative unit ( Parish ) in the island state of St. Vincent and the Grenadines in the Caribbean . In terms of area, it is the smallest parish on the island of St. Vincent . The main town is Layou . The Parish covers an area of ​​29 km² (11 mi²) and in 2000 the population was estimated at 6,700.
