Saint Andrew (St. Vincent and the Grenadines)
Saint Andrew is an administrative unit ( Parish ) in the island state of St. Vincent and the Grenadines in the Caribbean . In terms of area, it is the smallest parish on the island of St. Vincent . The main town is Layou . The Parish covers an area of 29 km² (11 mi²) and in 2000 the population was estimated at 6,700.

The Parish is located in the southwest of the island of St. Vincent and is bordered by the sea in the southwest. It is bordered by the Parish St. Patrick in the north, the Parish Charlotte in the east and the Parish Saint George in the east and south . To the southwest, the Parish also borders the urban area of Kingstown .
