Saint Deamon is a power metal band from Sweden .

history

The band Saint Deamon, founded in Sweden in 2006, emerged from the members Ronny Milianowicz (ex-Dionysus), Nobby Noberg (ex-Dionysus), Toya Johansson and Jan Thore Grefstad (ex Highland Glory).

All band members have many years of stage and studio experience, especially drummer Ronny Milianowicz, who has already worked with Hammerfall , Cans, Primal Fear and Sinner .

The debut album In Shadows Lost from the Brave was recorded with the well-known producer Jens Bogren, who was already responsible for various metal greats such as Hammerfall, Symphony X , Paradise Lost , Amon Amarth , Opeth and Katatonia . The album was released on Frontiers Records in January 2008.

The band then went on an extensive tour that took them to Sweden, Norway , Austria , Italy , England and the USA , among others .

The follow-up to the 2008 debut is called Pandeamonium and was released on May 22, 2009 on Frontiers Records. Jens Bogren was again responsible for the production in collaboration with Roy Z , who in the past had worked for greats such as Judas Priest , Halford, Bruce Dickinson and Helloween .

style

The band combines progressive and power metal . The singing is relatively high, but you can still tell that Grefstad “can sing”.
