Salah El-Din El-Gafrawi
Sheikh Salah El-Din El-Gafrawi ( Arabic صلاح الدين الجعفراوى, DMG Ṣalāḥ ad-Dīn al-Ǧaʿfarāwī ; born January 9, 1954 in Egypt ), also in the spellings Salah al-Din Ja'farawi , Salah Elgafrawi and others. a., is a functionary of international Islamic organizations. He is particularly active as a personality of Islam in Germany and has in various international Islamic organizations tasks in the field of da'wa taken, including the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization ( Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization ; abbr. ISESCO ). Among other things, he is assistant general secretary of the Islamic European Conference (EIC / CIE) and the World Council for Islamic Propagation .
He was General Secretary of the Islamic Community in Germany (IGD) and at the same time President of the Islamic Council in Germany (IK).
He is a signatory of the Embassy from Amman , the Common Word Initiative and the Open Letter to al-Baghdadi and ISIS .
He is as a consultant working for the Ibn Sina Institute in France and the al-Maktoum - Foundation
