history

The property was built in 1895 by the architect Josef Wedler in the neo-renaissance style. The property is a two-storey clinker brick building with a basement and a cut-off hipped roof , with sandstone subdivisions , a dwarf project with an ornamental gable and a loggia . The villa is designed in the classic forms of brick / stone architecture. The sloping corner bay window seems to hold the main fronts of the villa together.

A fencing that was created at the same time belongs to the villa.
