The Villa Salinenstrasse 16 in Bad Kissingen , the major district town of the Lower Franconian district of Bad Kissingen , is one of the Bad Kissingen architectural monuments and is registered in the Bavarian Monument List under number D-6-72-114-337 .

history

According to its name, the property was built in 1892 by the Bad Kissingen architect Carl Krampf in the neo-renaissance style. The property is a three- story clinker brick building with a mansard hipped roof , sandstone structure , bay windows and ornamental gables . The founding time as the time of origin of the villa is expressed in the typical elements such as risalit , bay window and loggia . The clinker brick / stone-built architecture is particularly distinctive due to the extensive use of ashlar and bosswork as well as wedge stones .
