Salinenstrasse 22 in Bad Kissingen

The property at Salinenstraße 22 in Bad Kissingen , the major district town of the Lower Franconian district of Bad Kissingen , is one of the Bad Kissingen architectural monuments and is registered in the Bavarian Monument List under number D-6-72-114-90 .

history

According to the year, the villa was built in 1897 by the Bad Kissingen architect Carl Krampf in the neo-renaissance style. The property is a two-storey hipped roof building with a round corner tower with a conical roof, as well as gray and red sandstone integration . The villa construction is a typical castle-like villa from the Wilhelminian era . However - presumably at the client's request - features not from the German Renaissance but from the French castle construction of the 16th century are used, such as accentuation of the components through their own roof shapes, an extensive clearance of the round tower and the half that only partially extends over the eaves dormer at the tower.

Gate pillars that were built at the same time as garden fencing belong to the villa.
