The Samtgemeinde Wrestedt was a joint municipality in the middle of the Lüneburg Heath in the district of Uelzen , Lower Saxony . It consisted of the municipalities Stadensen , Wieren and Wrestedt . The administrative seat of the municipality was Wrestedt. On November 1, 2011, the communities dissolved and formed the new community Wrestedt, which belongs to the joint community of Aue , the administrative seat of this joint community is again Wrestedt.
