San Juan is a Filipino municipality in the province of Siquijor , in the administrative region VII, Central Visayas. It has 14,854 inhabitants (August 1, 2015 census) who lived in 15 barangays . It is classified as a fifth income class community in the Philippines and as partially urbanized .
The municipality is located in the western part of the island of Siquijor and the topography is characterized by hilly terrain. In the west of the municipality, the municipality borders on the Mindanao Sea . Their neighboring communities are Lazi in the east and Siquijor in the north.
