Sandro Stallbaum (born September 14, 1981 in Anklam ) is a former German soccer player who played in the second team of Werder Bremen .

Career

Stallbaum began playing football in 1987 at the Vorwärts Neubrandenburg army sports club . In 1991, after the club was dissolved, the youth department was incorporated into FC Tollense Neubrandenburg , which at that time was still called SV Post Telekom and was now called FC Neubrandenburg. Stallbaum played there until he moved to TSG Neustrelitz in 2002. Just one year later, he moved to the Werder Bremen regional league team .

As captain, Stallbaum led the SV Werder Bremen junior team to 5th place in the 2007/08 season and thus qualified for the newly introduced single-track 3rd division . In the first half of the 2009/10 season he played his 200th league game against FC Carl Zeiss Jena on September 26, 2009 in the Werder Bremen II jersey. After the 2012/13 season, the long-time captain ended his football career; he now works in the tax industry and is now a tax advisor.
