Sang yang

Sang Yang ( Chinese  桑 洋 , Pinyin Sāng Yáng ; born July 17, 1982 in Zhejiang Province ) is a Chinese badminton player .

At the U-19 Junior World Championships in Guangzhou in 2000, he won the title in mixed with Zhang Yawen and in men's doubles with Zheng Bo . At the 2003 World Cup, Sang Yang and Zheng Bo reached the semi-finals, where they were defeated by the Danes Lars Paaske and Jonas Rasmussen .

Sang competed for China at the 2004 Olympics in men's doubles with his partner Zheng Bo . They had a bye in the first round and defeated Chan Chong Ming and Chew Choon Eng of Malaysia in the second round . In the quarterfinals, Sang and Zheng lost to Kim Dong-moon and Ha Tae-kwon from South Korea with 15: 7, 15:11.

In 2007 he retired from active sport due to an injury.
