Sangean
Sangean ( Chinese 山 進 電子 , Pinyin Shān Jìn diànzi ) is a Taiwanese electronics manufacturer specializing in radios that is now globally active. The company has made a name for itself around the world, in particular through world receivers and, more recently, digital receivers . The company was founded in 1974 and is based in Zhonghe City New Taipei City and a factory in Dongguan in China .
In addition to products that are sold under its own name, the company also operates as a contract manufacturer : many of the world receivers from Siemens , Panasonic , Braun and Grundig were or are still being developed and built by Sangean.
Sangean has released more than 500 radio models and produced millions of them in the company's history. Sangean has received several awards in the electronics industry for the model series it has developed.

WR-1 : Basic model FM / MW with puristic equipment
WR-11 : Similar to WR-1, but with changed bass and treble tuning, since the WR-1 often feels the bass is too strong, and the power button has been redesigned so that you no longer have to select medium wave first, but instead FM can be switched on immediately.
WR-12 : Further development of the WR-11 with similarly puristic features. The bass and treble controls as well as 2.1 loudspeakers are new.
WR-2 : Digital RDS radio with the possibility of sound regulation and remote control
