Sankt Afra is a district of the municipality of Mering in the Swabian district of Aichach-Friedberg . The settlement is about one and a half kilometers northwest of Mering.
The settlement, which bears the name of Saint Afra , was built for displaced people from 1948 onwards. Neukissing , located to the north, has a similar founding history.
