The church of Santa Eulalia in Formigales , a district of the Spanish municipality of La Fueva in the province of Huesca in the autonomous community of Aragon , was built in the 16th century. The church is classified as a Bien de Interés Cultural ( monument ).

The late Gothic parish church with a nave , two side chapels and a polygonal apse is St. Eulalia of Mérida ordained . The three-story tower is on the north side. The sacristy was added to the northwest side .
