Santiago Barán , full name Santiago Gabriel Barán Flangini , (born February 5, 1991 in Montevideo ) is a Uruguayan football player .
Career
The 1.75-meter-tall offensive player Barán, son of Adolfo Barán and brother of the soccer players Nicolás and Agustín Barán , played for Bella Vista's team in the Tercera División at least in 2012 . Since August 2013 at the latest, he has been in the ranks of the first division club Atlético Rentistas - like brother Nicolás from Clausura 2014 . With the Montevideans he played eleven games (no goal) in the Primera División in the 2013/14 season . In early September 2014, he joined the second division Canadian Soccer Club . In the 2014/15 season, in which his brother Nicolás also played for the club, he was used 16 times (no goal) in the Segunda División . In late August 2015, he moved within the league to Boston River .
