Sarah Blizzard (born October 19, 1996 ) is an Australian bobsledder who is active both as a pilot and as a pusher.

Career

Sarah Blizzard switched to bobsleigh for the 2019/20 season and completed her first runs with the pilot Breeana Walker in October . In the 2019/20 season, Sarah Blizzard and Stefanie Preiksa were pushers on Breeana Walker's bobsleigh team. Sarah Blizzard made her international debut as a pusher at the European Cup race in Altenberg on December 6, 2019. Together with Breeana Walker, she took twelfth place on the ENSO ice channel . A week later, the two finished ninth in Winterberg . At the last European Cup before the turn of the year, the two Australians took seventh place and thus their best joint season result in the 2019/20 European Cup on the track in Königssee . After the turn of the year, Breeana Walker competed in the Bobsleigh World Cup and Sarah Blizzard made her debut in this racing series on January 18, 2020 in Innsbruck . She and Breeana Walker took 16th place on the Bob-Rodel Igls artificial ice rink . At the end of the season Sarah Blizzard took part in the races in La Plagne in a monobob .
