Sarah Born (born August 18, 1989 in Bozen ) is an Italian - Austrian actress .

Life

Sarah Born completed her acting training at the Tring Park School for the Performing Arts in Great Britain in 2006/07 . She later studied theater, film and media studies at the University of Vienna , graduating in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts . She completed her acting training at the Krauss Drama School in 2013 with a state diploma.

She gained her first acting experience in 2006 at the South Tyrolean Off-Theater around Rudolf Ladurner. In 2014 she played the title role in Miss Julie at the Vienna Theater Experiment am Liechtenwerd . From 2014 she appeared on stage at the Toihaus Theater Salzburg , among others as Ina in UR , in Antipoden , in Death and the Maiden and in King Ubu . In 2015 she was seen at the Brotfabrik Berlin in Bettenrutz , in 2016 she played the role of Marja Antonowna at the United Theaters in Bozen in the auditor .

In the movie Disobedience by Terese Schulmeister in 2016 she had a leading role as Terese, who joins the community of the action artist Otto Muehl , in the movie Lina she was seen in the title role of Lina Loos in 2017 . In 2016 she shot the movie Radegund (director: Terrence Malick ) about Franz Jägerstätter , in 2017 she was in front of the camera for the film Erik & Erika about the ski racer Erik Schinegger , directed by Reinhold Bilgeri .
