Sarah Healy (born February 13, 2001 ) is an Irish athlete who competes in medium and long distance running .

Athletic career

Sarah Healy gained her first international experience in 2017 when she won the gold medal in the 1500 meter run at the European Youth Olympic Festival (EYOF) in Győr in 4: 19.85 minutes . The following year, she won the U18 European Championships there in 4: 18.71 minutes over 1500 meters and in 9: 18.05 minutes in the 3000 meter run . In 2019 she took part in the U20 European Championships in Borås , Sweden, over 1500 meters , where she won the silver medal in 4: 27.14 minutes.

In 2019 Healy became Irish champion in the 1500 meter run and in 2018 indoor champion over 3000 meters.
