Adil Satryaguna "Satrio" Hermanto (born June 29, 1984 in Jakarta ) is a former Indonesian racing driver . He is a brother of the racing driver Bagoes Hermanto .

Career

Hermanto began his motorsport career in karting in 1994 , in which he was active until 1997. He won the Indonesian ICA Kart Championship in 1995 and 1997. In 1998 he competed in touring car racing and won the second division of the Timor One Make Series. In 1999 he made his debut in formula racing and was runner-up in Formula Asia . After more years in karting, Hermanto returned to formula racing in 2006. He finished seventh in the Asian Formula 3 Championship and won the Promotion Class .

In 2007 Hermanto competed in the Asian Formula Renault V6. While his teammate James Winslow won the championship title, Hermanto was third. In the winter of 2007/2008 that followed , Hermanto competed in the A1 Grand Prix for the Indonesian team . Hermanto competed in every race and scored only one point with tenth place as the best result. His team was 21st in the team classification. In the subsequent 2008 season, Hermanto only took part in one race of the German Formula 3 Cup . In the winter of 2008/2009 , Hermanto was again a pilot in the Indonesian A1 team, which was led by his brother Bagoes Hermanto . He contested five race weekends and remained without points. His teammate Zahir Ali , who completed the remaining two events, scored three points. Then in 2009 Hermanto took part in two racing weekends of the British Formula 3 championship . He competed in the national class and was eighth in this classification.

Hermanto has not participated in any international racing series since 2010.
