Claire sauce
The cabaret duo Sauce Claire was founded in 1982 by the two Swiss Ueli Ackermann and Raphael Bachmann in Basel . In 2000 the duo separated.
Story and protagonists
The theater cabaret was one of the most famous cabaret groups in Switzerland. They performed seven cabaret programs. Sauce Claire appeared on the radio program of DRS1 monthly for several years as the Swiss couple "Käru & Vreni".
Ueli Ackermann
Ueli Ackermann was born in Mels / Switzerland in 1957 and has appeared as an actor and cabaret artist in Switzerland, Austria and Germany . He wrote cabaret programs, satire programs and plays for Swiss television and radio DRS and has directed theater and satire productions as well as short and training films since 1990.
Raphael Bachmann
Raphael Bachmann was born on June 10, 1952 in Basel, Switzerland. After 4 years of acting training in Basel, he worked as an actor at the Nationaltheater Mannheim , the Staatstheater Stuttgart , the Theater an der Kurfürstenstrasse "Theater k" in Munich, the Landestheater Tübingen and the Stadttheater in Memmingen and as a director. In 1974 he co-founded the theater cabaret Raphael & Mumm in Munich and in 1982 founded sauce claire with Ackermann .
As an author, he wrote cabaret programs, satirical programs for Swiss television and radio DRS, as well as plays and screenplays. After the dissolution of “Sauce Claire” he turned back to the theater as a director and actor, for example in the Compagnie 'crème renversée' / Un-Safe Theater (Paris / Basel) and on the stage for Art Communication Basel.
In 2008 the satirical duo " Bachmann & Bardelli " was founded with Patrick Bardelli , with whom he still appears today.
