Sávva Líka ( Greek Σάββα Λίκα , Albanian Vojsava Lika, born June 27, 1970 in Korça ) is a former Greek javelin thrower of Albanian origin.

In 1997 she moved to Greece.

In 2004 she was ninth at the Olympic Games in Athens . At the World Championships in Helsinki in 2005 and at the 2006 European Championships in Gothenburg, she was eliminated from the qualification. When Athletics World Cup 2006, she finished sixth and at the 2007 World Championships in Osaka Fifth.

A preliminary round at the 2008 Olympic Games in Athens was followed by eighth place at the 2009 World Cup in Berlin.

In 2003, 2004, 2006 and 2008 she became Greek champion.
