Sayed Badreya (2009)

Sayed Badreya is an actor, film producer and screenwriter who was born in Egypt.

Life

Badreya grew up in Port Said and found his first roles through the theater. He studied at New York University's film school, worked for Anthony Perkins and later for James Cameron in True Lies .

Badreya founded the production company Zoom In Focus to make films about the American-Arab relationship, such as The Interrogation , which won an award at the New York International Film Festival.

It wasn't until 2007 that he got his first role in an English language film, AmericanEast , on which he also co-wrote.
