The Scanlan Peak is a 1,670 m high mountain in the East Antarctic Mac Robertson Land . In the Prince Charles Mountains, it is the southernmost of a group of three mountains that rise around 8 km southeast of the Husky Massif .
It was used for mapping aerial photographs taken by the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions in 1960. The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia named him after Anthony Michael Scanlan, a cook at Davis Station in 1961.
