The attractive student Tino Köster enjoys his many promiscuous affairs. When he sleeps with his bride Esther at the wedding of his brother Stefan and his family rejects him, Tino joins the self-help group of “Anonymous Pleasure Endangered”. There he suddenly meets Esther, who has similar difficulties with her sex life.
After the members collectively achieve their group goal of 90 days without sex, they realize that their problem is not really having sex too often, but rather a lack of love, acceptance, and true friendship. Tino and Esther fall in love and get married, but only after Stefan has asked Esther again unsuccessfully in front of the altar.
