Schemann piano duo
The Schemann piano duo has consisted of the German-Portuguese couple Susanne and Dinis Schemann since 1985.
Career
They studied with Alfons Kontarsky , Eckart Besch and Günter Louegk , among others . In addition to a concert activity, the Schemann piano duo appeared as the artistic director of several chamber music concert series and recorded several CDs. Co-productions took place with Bayerischer Rundfunk , Süddeutscher Rundfunk or Deutschlandfunk .
The Schemann piano duo performed a. a. in the Berlin Philharmonic , Meistersingerhalle in Nuremberg, Dortmund Opera House , Frauenkirche Dresden , Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival and at the Bodensee Festival and made guest appearances in the Rudolfinum in Prague , in Vienna and also at the Storioni Festival in the Netherlands and the Klassik Musikfest in Oberneukirchen in the Austrian Mühlviertel .
