The Scheuren Stream is a meltwater river 1.5 km west of Gneiss Point on the Scott Coast of the East Antarctic Victoria Land . It flows from the front of the Wilson Piedmont Glacier in a northerly direction to the Bay of Sails .

The engineer Robert L. Nichols, who worked in this area for the United States Navy between 1957 and 1958 , named him after his boss, John Joseph Scheuren Jr. (1909–1995), head of the Metcalf & Eddy engineering company from Boston , Massachusetts .
