from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Schleswig-Holstein Regesta and Documents ( SHRU for short ) are a multi-volume collection of historical registers and documents . They are comparable to similar collective works such as the document book of the city of Lübeck (UBStL), the Mecklenburg document book (MUB), the Pomeranian document book (PUB) or the Prussian document book (PrUB).

They are published by the Schleswig-Holstein State Archives in cooperation with the Society for Schleswig-Holstein History , which also publishes the ZSHG . From the first volume published in 1886 to the fourth volume, the title was still Schleswig-Holstein-Lauenburgische Regesta und Urkunden . Volume 16 was last published in 1997 and Volume 17 in 2016, edited by Wolfgang Prange .
