It is located on the Schloßberg, south of Quedlinburg's old town and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site . The street Schloßberg forms a square here with the house on the north side. To the east of the house, the Finkenherd road joins the Schloßberg. Immediately to the west is the also listed building Schloßberg 13 . The building is registered as a residential building in the Quedlinburg monument register.
Architecture and history
The large three-storey half - timbered house was built around 1760/1780. The windows are arranged symmetrically, the framework is simple and functional. The thresholds of the house are profiled.
