Parchau Castle (Polish: Parchów, Chocianów / Kotzenau, Powiat Polkowicki , Lower Silesian Voivodeship ) was designed and built by architect Martin Frantz in 1702 on behalf of the Nostitz family . The castle served as the family seat of the noble families von Eckartsberg , von Dohna , von Schkopp and von Kottwitz .

The castle was built on a rectangular floor plan of around 17.5 × 35 meters. The two-storey with a mansard roof made of flat roof tiles and dormer windows contained 25 halls. The facades are divided with pilasters , in the east facade the middle section is highlighted as a risalit . Late Baroque sculptural jewelry has been preserved inside. On the facades there are cartouches of the arms of the von Hocke and von Kottwitz families.

The castle was partially rebuilt in the 19th century. The building was only slightly damaged in 1945, but remained abandoned, unused and slowly fell into ruin. It was not until 1958 that the ruins were temporarily secured.

The ruins of the castle were sold in October 2013 by the Agricultural Real Estate Agency to an unnamed private person in the sixth auction at a price of 68,000 euros, four years later after the planned conversion into a senior citizens' residence did not materialize.

The castle was registered on October 4, 1961 under A / 3221/956 in the register of architectural monuments of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship.
