Schneitelsdorf

Schneitelsdorf is a desert between Greifenhagen and Biesenrode in the district of Mansfeld-Südharz in Saxony-Anhalt , Germany . The village village belonging to the Arnstein office was probably in the corridor of today's village of Gräfenstuhl at the source of the Holenbeek brook flowing in the direction of Greifenhagen .

history

Schneitelsdorf was probably a late Franconian village foundation. It was mentioned on July 13, 1387 in a document from the Counts of Regenstein . About two hundred years later, on May 23, 1557, the already desert village called Sniedelsdorf was bequeathed to the Mansfeld Hospital by Count Hans Georg and Peter Ernst von Mansfeld .
