The high-speed line Tianjin-Qinhuangdao , as Jinqin PDL designated (津秦客运专线), is a Chinese Railway - speed rail line between Tianjin and Qinhuangdao . The new line, designed for a top speed of 350 km / h and exclusively used by high-speed trains, opened in 2013.

The 261.2 km long route links the main axes Beijing – Shanghai and Beijing – Harbin and enables direct connections between Shanghai and Harbin , bypassing the greater Beijing area .
