The Schweizerische Lehrerinnen-Zeitung was a Swiss magazine for female teachers , which was published by the Swiss Teachers' Association from 1896 to 1982 before it was included in the magazine Bildung Schweiz .

According to the Swiss National Library, the purpose of the magazine was "to foster a sense of belonging among Swiss teachers."

The first editor until 1904 was Emma Rott . The longtime president of the Swiss Teachers' Association Emma Graf headed the editorial office from 1904 to 1913. The women's rights pioneer Laura Wohnlich took over the editorial office in 1913 and headed it until 1938. The writer Olga Meyer took over the office from 1938 to 1954. Milly Enderlin followed her and headed the editorial office until 1979. The last editor of the newspaper was Rosmarie Kull-Schlappner .
