Scott Draper (born June 5, 1974 in Brisbane ) is a retired Australian tennis player and golfer . He is one of the few athletes who have been able to achieve success with the professionals in various disciplines.

Tennis career

Draper won the 1992 World Youth Championships in Wimbledon in doubles . In 1993 he became a tennis professional , in 1999 he reached position 42, his highest ranking in the ATP world rankings. With his brother Mark, who coached him, he also competed in doubles - but without any significant success.

In 2005 Draper won the mixed doubles competition (Mixed) at the Australian Open with his compatriot Samantha Stosur . In the same year he resigned from professional tennis.

He was then temporarily the coach of Lleyton Hewitt .

Golf career

On February 11, 2007, Draper won the PGA tournament in New South Wales with a total score of 268 strokes, remaining 20 under par .
