Scottish Premiership (Rugby)

The Scottish Premiership (also known as the BT Premiership for sponsorship reasons) is the highest league in rugby union for Scottish clubs below the multinational Pro14 , in which two Scottish teams participate. It was founded in 1973 and is divided into three divisions, each comprising twelve teams. The record champions are the Hawick RFC with 13 championship titles.
