The Scottish Women's Premier League 2015 is the 14th edition of the highest Scottish women's football league SWPL . It is organized by the Scottish Football Association .

Participant and mode

12 teams take part in the competition. You play from March 15 to November 1, 2015 in a single round with only one game against all others for the placement. The first six then continue to play for the championship title with each other in a championship group . The last six play the other places in a relegation group . This means that each representation has 21 (11 + 10) games.

After the end of the season, a league structure will be introduced that corresponds to the English league. Only the teams in positions 1 to 8 are qualified for the 2016 SWPL 1 season . The four teams in places 9 to 12 will form the second level of the SWPL 2016 together with the top four teams in Division 1 of the Scottish Women's Football League .

The Scottish champions in women's football have qualified for the 2016/17 UEFA Women's Champions League .
