The Scullin Bank is an approximately 200 m below sea level lies submarine Bank in Kooperationssee before Mawson Coast of the East Antarctic Mac Robertson Lands . It lies north of the Scullin monolith . It is flanked by deep sea women that separate it to the west from the Storegg Bank and to the east from the Fram Bank .
The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia named it in 1992 based on the name of the neighboring monolith. Its namesake is James Scullin (1876–1953), Prime Minister of Australia from 1929 to 1931 .
