Sean Richard Goss (born October 1, 1995 in Wegberg ) is an English football player who is under contract with the Queens Park Rangers .

Career

Sean Goss was born in 1995 in the German city of Wegberg in North Rhine-Westphalia . From 2004 to 2012 he played in Exeter City Youth . At the age of 16, Goss joined Manchester United for a fee of £ 100,000 . In July 2015, Goss took part in a preseason tour in the USA with the professional Red Devils team. He graduated from a game against Paris Saint-Germain in Soldier Field on Chicago . In November of that year, Goss was once on United's bench. In the league game against Watford FC in the Premier League , his coach Louis van Gaal did not use him. Without having played a competitive game for Manchester, the central midfielder was sold to Queens Park Rangers in the English second division for a transfer fee of £ 500,000 . He made his professional debut four days after signing Newcastle United when QPR coach Ian Holloway replaced him for Darnell Furlong . By the end of the 2016/17 season , he was used in five other league games. In the first half of the following season he was no longer considered in the team. In January 2018, Goss was awarded to the Glasgow Rangers in the Scottish Premiership until the end of the season.
