Sebastian Fischer started playing soccer at TSV Mühlhausen / Enz and finally moved to VfR Pforzheim via SV Illingen , before moving to the youth division of Karlsruher SC in 2004 . For the second team he came in the 2005/06 season to his first six senior appearances, in the Regionalliga Süd . In the following season he played in 30 of 34 possible games, but only 10 times over the entire 90 minutes. He was replaced or replaced 10 times. He played with his team against relegation, but achieved this goal by just one point. In 2007/08 he finally became a fixture in the club and scored his first two goals in men's football in 30 games. With the KSC II he missed the qualification for the newly created 3rd division and thus rose to the fourth highest division, which was still called Regionalliga Süd. In this league he remained a regular player and increased his goal count in a total of 29 missions to six goals. The Karlsruhe team reached third from last place and was only able to keep the class due to Viktoria Aschaffenburg's withdrawn license application .

SV Sandhausen

In 2009 he left the KSC and joined the third division club SV Sandhausen . There he celebrated his professional debut on July 25, 2009, when he ran 3: 3 against SpVgg Unterhaching from the start on the first match day of the 2009/10 season and at halftime, when the score was 0: 2 from Sandhausen's point of view, by Julian Shuddered was replaced. In the further course of the game year he remained a supplementary player, who commuted between a few appearances in the starting eleven and a place on the bench. In his 25 games he was substituted 11 times and 7 times and played through 7 times. He also scored three goals. With his club, he finished 14th in the table after a strong start, in which one was regularly on a promotion place.

In his second third division season, Fischer then started as a regular player, but lost this status towards the end of the first half of the season and then only made short appearances. The season of the sand houses, which was traded as a promotion favorite due to numerous newcomers, was characterized by several coach changes, as well as a surprising relegation battle that was recently successfully designed and thus ended the season in 12th place in the table.

Back to amateur football

At the end of the 2010/11 season, Fischer's contract with SV Sandhausen ran out and was not extended. He then moved to the Association League South Baden for promoted 1. SV Mörsch.

In the national team

While Fischer played at Karlsruher SC, he was called up several times for the German U-19 team and played a total of six games for them.
