Julian Schauerte (born April 2, 1988 in Lennestadt ) is a German soccer player . The midfielder is under contract with Preußen Münster .

Life

Julian Schauerte played for DJK Grafschaft in Sauerland as a youth before moving to Bayer 04 Leverkusen in 2001 . There he went through the youth departments and also had his first assignment in the senior division in the 2006/07 season, as part of the second team that played in the Regionalliga Nord . After their relegation to the Oberliga Nordrhein in 2007 , he was an integral part of the team and rose to the Regionalliga West with it in 2008 .

In 2009 he moved to the 3rd soccer league for SV Sandhausen . There he immediately became a regular for the 2009/10 season , which ended Sandhausen in 14th place in the table. In the BFV-Hoepfner-Cup they failed at first in the semifinals at FC Nöttingen , but were able to play again in the final against Nöttingen since the club's second representative had won in the other semifinals. Officially they played as SV Sandhausen II, but only professionals were used, so that the final could be won and thus qualification for the DFB Cup 2010/11 was achieved. Shiver converted the penultimate penalty for Sandhausen.

In the 2010/11 season , Schauerte began the first two games in the first team, but then had to be content with the role as a substitute until he played his way back into the regular formation towards the end of the first half of the season. With his club the 12th place in the table was reached. In the DFB Cup, Schauerte and his team failed in the first main round on penalties at FC Augsburg , but qualified for the 2011/12 competition due to another win of the BFV Hoepfner Cup .

In the following season, Schauerte was a regular player in the Sandhausen offensive for the third year in a row and again played over 30 season games. On the 24th matchday he scored the first league goal, on the 37th matchday he completed the 100th league appearance for the club. At the end of the season, the Palatinate champions of the 3rd league and rose to the 2nd Bundesliga.

For the 2014/15 season, Schauerte moved to the second division Fortuna Düsseldorf , where he signed a contract until 2017. After Fortuna's promotion to the Bundesliga in May 2018, his contract was not extended.

On May 31, 2018, the Belgian first division club KAS Eupen announced its commitment with a contract until 2021. After he was not in the squad for many games in the 2018/19 season and was only actually used in five games, the contract was terminated by mutual agreement at the end of May 2019.

In June 2019, Schauerte signed a two-year contract with Preußen Münster and was appointed team captain in mid-July. In the first game of the season, Schauerte scored a 1-0 lead against 1860 Munich, which was the first goal of the third division 19/20 season .
