Sebastian Kuboth (born June 5, 1984 in Schweinfurt ) is a German author and journalist .

Life

As a schoolboy, Kuboth published comics he had drawn himself before he put his first website on the web in 1999. Two years later he founded the online magazine tv-kult.com and, together with Marcus Berg, the music magazine oivision.de, which he helped to create until 2008. In the same year he started his own music magazine punkrocknews.de. After his school days and his first professional experience, Kuboth moved to Berlin for half a year and then to Munich in autumn 2006 .

As early as 2005 he staged his debut radio play Small Fish in Munich with speakers such as Hansi Kraus , Winfried Frey , Werner Zeussel and Gerhard Acktun . In addition to a second story of the Little Fish, various other radio plays followed over the years. Particular attention was paid to the first punk rock radio play Kein Halt in Freimann , in which the main character Fränk reflects on the scene and his previous life, garnished with the music of various Munich punk bands. In his radio plays, which are mostly anchored in old Munich, Kuboth works with Gerhard Acktun , who with his Alogino audio book publisher mainly produces productions with a Bavarian tinge.

Since 2009, Kuboth has been offering tours of the location in Munich and taking those interested to the locations of various television series and films. In addition, in 2011 he began collecting old letters, diaries and documents and archiving them on the Internet. Historically relevant excerpts from these personal manuscripts are also included in the archive during the evaluation.

Sebastian Kuboth is married, has two children and lives and works in Munich.
