The radio play series

"Little Fish" is a Munich radio play series that is about the two young men Jaro and Fonse who share a flat in the old Munich milieu and experience different things there. The supporting characters include the eternally annoyed neighbor Horst Graslbaur, the police officers Heinz Grüner and Georg Göbel and Fonse's parents.

Emergence

In spring 2005, Kuboth approached Lukas Beyerle and Julian Purtz with whom he wanted to record a radio play. How this would ultimately be implemented was still uncertain. In August 2005, Kuboth met the actor and speaker Gerhard Acktun . Only one day later he met Lukas Jacobi for the first time . Both people were enthusiastic about the project and paved the way for Kuboth. While Jacobi organized a recording studio and, in addition to the recordings, also prepared the rest of the radio play production with Kuboth, Acktun helped with the implementation of the script. Later he made contact with Michael Habeck , who also contributed a few little things to the script. Kuboth and Acktun then went looking for new speakers between August and October 2005. On October 8, 2005, we went to the studio in Dasing near Augsburg. After two more days in the studio, which were needed for the mixing, the radio play was published on December 1, 2005. In the summer of 2006, the second part was recorded in Munich, which was planned for the first half of 2007, but could not appear until September 2007.

The milieu

Right from the start, the author made a point of having this radio play played in the old Munich milieu. This should also make itself felt through a rather calm narrative style and cozy atmosphere with an honest and rustic character. Models for this milieu, in addition to motifs from real life, were radio play series such as Meister Eder und seine Pumuckl or Die Feuchtgrubers as well as television series such as Die Hausmeisterin , Löwengrube , Meister Eder und seine Pumuckl or Munich stories .
