Sebastian Roloff

Sebastian Roloff (born August 27, 1974 in Saarbrücken ) is a German lawyer and judge at the Federal Labor Court .

After quite scientific studies and First juridical state examination Roloff 2002 from the University of Cologne with the labor law magazine "The prohibition of restrictions of Art. 39 EC (free movement) and its impact on national labor" Dr. iur. PhD. In 2003 he passed his second state examination in Berlin. Working as a research assistant at the University of Cologne, Roloff joined the judicial service of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia on June 1, 2004, where he was initially employed at the labor courts in Bonn and Cologne . In June 2007 he was appointed a judge for life. From March 2012 to August 2014 he was seconded to the Federal Labor Court as a research assistant . From September 2015 he was seconded as a judge to the Cologne Regional Labor Court. Since June 1, 2016, Roloff himself has been a judge at the Federal Labor Court and was assigned to the Eighth Senate.
