Sebastian de Neufville (born July 20, 1790 in Frankfurt am Main ; † May 5, 1849 there ) was a German banker and politician.

Sebastian de Neufville was the son of the banker Johann Georg de Neufville (1753-1819). In 1819 he married Johanna Sara de Neufville-Hotze (1797–1857).

In 1834 he became a senator , in 1836 a deputy in the accounting office, and in 1847 the junior mayor of the Free City of Frankfurt .

On October 25, 1848, the citizens elected Sebastian de Neufville, who represented pro-Prussian positions, to the Constituent Assembly of the Free City of Frankfurt .

In 1837 he was the initiator of the Nevill Family Foundation and in 1841 a foundation for the purchase of "poor fields", a kind of early allotment gardens.
