The Sebastian Chapel in Mühlheim an der Donau , a town in the Tuttlingen district in Baden-Württemberg , was built in 1610. The chapel below the rear castle on the steep path into the Danube Valley was built on the basis of a vow during an epidemic in honor of St. Sebastian , who is venerated as the patron of the plague .

The hall building with two axes and high arched windows has a three-sided choir closure . The structure is by a continuous saddle roof covered and by a roof turret crowned with onion hood over the gable.

On the street side is the arched portal with sandstone walls above which a sandstone relief is attached. It depicts Saint Sebastian on the coat of arms of the Enzberg and the city of Mühlheim with the year of foundation.

The gallery was built in the first third of the 18th century. The nave is closed off by a flat wooden panel ceiling. The altar from 1727 is dedicated to St. Sebastian. The excerpt shows the second plague patron, St. Rochus .
