society
Offensive player Villadóniga, who was used in the position of the left half-forward , joined the Club Atlético Peñarol in 1935 . There he was initially a member of the squad in the Primera División until 1938 . In 1935 , 1936 , 1937 and 1938 his club won the Uruguayan Championship. Instead, he resorted to higher pointed shoes ( zapatillas de capellada alta ), which were similar to those used in basketball. These were soled with stoppers / corks ( tapones ) or wedge cushions / crossbars ( travesaños ) made of leather. He later worked for Vasco da Gama . From there he moved to Palmeiras São Paulo in 1942 . He stayed with the São Paulo club until 1946, scoring 50 goals in 134 missions during that time. His club won in 1942 and 1944 at the Campeonato Paulista called State Championship of São Paulo . In 1947 he was again listed in Peñarol's ranks.
