The 1935 season of the Primera División was the 32nd season (the 4th of the professional era) of the highest Uruguayan division in men's football , the Primera División .

The Primera División consisted of ten clubs in the championship season of 1935, whose teams met twice in a total of 90 championship games. There were 18 game days. Club Atlético Peñarol won the championship as first in the table in front of the second and third-placed clubs Nacional Montevideo and Montevideo Wanderers . A relegated team was not determined that season. The top scorer was Antonio Cataldo with twelve goals .
